How do I access my account information on-line?
For security purposes, Goldnet Banking requires you to enter an Access
Id and password.
Please, do not share your Access ID and password with anyone.
Who has access to my account information over the Internet?
You are the only one who can access your information using Goldnet
Banking.
Why do I need to log off when finished using Goldnet Banking?
Once you login into Goldnet Banking you begin an active session. If you
walk away from your computer at any time, someone else can view or perform
transactions involving your account(s). For your security, your Goldnet
Banking will automatically end your session after 15 minutes inactivity.
Always, sign off when you are finished with the session.
Which type of accounts can I access using Goldnet Banking?
You can view your checking, savings, loans and certificates of deposit
if you are an authorized signer.
What is the transaction function?
A transaction history that allows you to review transactions posted to
your account on your previous statement or current statement.
What are the system requirements to access Goldnet Banking?
Internet banking requires that your Internet browser be SSL compliant
with 128-bit encryption. Our Goldnet banking system is best viewed with the
latest versions.
Is there a charge for Goldnet Banking?
Goldnet Banking is a free service provided to Commercial State Bank
customers.
How do I change my password?
Once you are logged into Goldnet Banking select the change password button on
the menu bar. Your password must be at least 6 characters long alphanumeric
with at least one character being a number (Ex. 123Joh, 2Delnm)
What if I forget my password?
You may contact us by phone or send us a letter by mail to have your
password reset.
What happens if I enter my password incorrectly?
If you enter your Access Id and password incorrectly three times you
will be locked out of the system. To gain access to your account contact
the bank.
How do I add accounts on Goldnet Banking?
Contact a new account representative during our business hours.
Where can I receive help on using Goldnet Banking?
You may receive online Help with the help button on the main menu. You may
speak to a customer service representative Monday thru Thursday 8:00 am –
4:45 pm and Friday 8:00 am –6:00pm.
What is the daily cut-off time to complete transfers on the current
business day?
Transfers completed on Goldnet Banking Monday thru Friday before 6:00 pm will
post to your account on the current business day. Transfers completed after
6:00 pm will post to your account the next business day.
Can I use Quicken or Microsoft Money?
Yes, you can export the history of posted transactions from Goldnet
banking to your financial software.
How much history is maintained on my accounts?
Starting from the first day you signed up for GOLDNET banking, you can
view 45 days of account activity.
How can I keep my account information safe?
Never use a “Save Password” feature if offered by your browser. This would
allow anyone who opens your browser to access your account information
without using a password
