General Online Banking QuestionsWhy did Commercial State Bank upgrade their online banking system?
Commercial State Bank is committed to providing our clients with the most sophisticated technology available. Our new online banking system combines new features, advanced security, enhanced cash management functionality, and mobile banking. This will allow you to efficiently manage your finances on your schedule - at work, at home or on the go!
When will the upgrade take effect?
The online banking system will go into effect on October 17, 2011.
Will I still be able to access the previous online banking system?
As of October 17, 2011, the old online banking system is no longer available.
Will all my accounts be transferred to the new system?
Yes, all accounts will be transferred to the new system.
Were all online users with their current rights assigned transferred to the new system?
Yes, all users and their access rights were transferred to the new system.
Logging in for the First TimeDo I need a new login id and password?
Your Login ID will remain the same, but current passwords will NOT transition to the new online banking system. Creating your password will require you to verify your identity through a secure access code. Login steps are provided for your convenience.
- Enter your current login ID (leave password field blank)
- Check the first time user box, and press continue
- You will then be presented delivery options for your secure access code. The options (phone number or e-mail address) are pulled directly from your profile on our previous online banking system.
- Use temporary access code to verify personal account data
- Establish permanent password
What is a secure access code?
A secure access code is a one-time use code that allows you to securely login and setup a new password.
What if I do not have access to the phone or email account contacts listed?
You cannot complete a first time enrollment or register a computer without access to at least one of the delivery options.
Will I still be able to login to online banking via the Commercial State Bank home page?
Yes, you may still access online banking by visiting us at www.csbec.com.
Who do I contact if I can't login?

What about any recurring transfers I may have set up on my previous online banking account?
If you had set up any recurring transfers on your previous online banking account, you will need to set these up again, those transfers did not move to the new online banking system. This does not include any recurring transfers you may have set up directly with the Bank on your bank accounts or any recurring Bill Payments. Only the recurring payments you set up within your online banking account.
Bill Pay QuestionsHow do I access Bill Pay?
You may access Bill Pay by signing in to online banking and clicking on "Bill Payment" under the "Transactions" section.
Will all my payee information be transferred to the new system?
Yes, all current payee information will transfer to the new system. Please take a minute to verify the payee information is correct.
Will my payment history be transferred to the new system?
Yes, your bill pay history will be transferred to the new system.
Will my scheduled recurring payments on my Bill Pay be transferred to the new system?
Yes, your recurring Bill Pay payments will still be on the new system.
Is there a difference on the timing of my bill payments with the new system?
No, Funds for each payment will be withdrawn from your account the next business day. When scheduling a payment, please be sure to use the estimated arrival date as the date your payment will arrive rather that the process date; and as always, allow an extra day or two before a payment is due to be safe.
What is the cutoff tome for scheduling a current day payment?
Our daily cutoff time for scheduling payments will be 3 p.m. eastern time. If you schedule a current day payment after 3 p.m., it will be processed on the following business day.
